A Little Motivation








10 days ago I did my longest run since the half marathon- 8 miles. But I haven't run since last Tuesday. I'm changing that tonight! I also started Jillian Michaels' 30-day Shred and will update on how that's going as I get further into it. I can't get off track now!

That's awesome! I did a pretty hard 5.5 miler this morning and it killed me. Funny though, I felt like doing it all over again after I was done! (But I am pretty sure I would have keeled over... the heat and humidity here is pretty bad right now, LOL)

I truly slacked at my 30-day Jillian Michaels DVD. :( I think I did 4 in the past month! lol Maybe we should motivate each other! Like check ins to make sure we did our JM workout!
